Signing up for myBayCare is easy and free, and in addition to a better way to fill your prescription, you’ll see the many ways it improves your healthcare experience.
myBayCare is an easy, convenient way of accessing your medical information securely and confidentially. Your healthcare information is needed beyond regular office hours and with myBayCare, you can access your information anytime or anywhere, day or night, 365 days a year.
myBayCarestreamlines the prescription refill process, making it faster and easier. Signing up is simple and, once activated, you can view your test results sooner, eliminating the waiting time until your next doctor visit. Never miss an appointment either, myBayCare allows you to see your upcoming appointments and past visits at your convenience.
Setting up your myBayCare account may take up to five days to complete. Patients may request a prescription refill during this period by contacting our office at (920) 288-8377.

Prescription request policy
Our providers are only able to consider refill prescriptions during regular business hours. Medication refill requests received by our office Monday-Thursday will be addressed within 24 hours. Requests received on Friday may not be addressed until the following Monday.
