COVID-19 Alert

BayCare Clinic Pain & Rehab Medicine is using telemedicine visits to provide care to patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With social distancing widely recommended during this world public health emergency, telemedicine visits are a safe, secure, common-sense approach to receiving care. Our top priority is the safety of our patients.

Simply put, telemedicine visits are video chats in real time. These visits can be done from home, from work, or anywhere you have the capability to connect using a desktop or laptop computer, tablet or smartphone with a connected or built-in camera and microphone.

During a telemedicine visit, you’ll see your BayCare Clinic Pain & Rehab Medicine provider, talk to him or her, discuss your health concerns and hear their thoughts. Your provider can see you, too. Patients and providers can ask questions of each other. At the end of the visit, you’ll receive a treatment plan from your provider.

If you need care from BayCare Clinic Pain & Rehab Medicine, please call 920-288-8377. Our office hours remain the same – 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

When you call, our staff will listen to your concerns. If a telemedicine visit is appropriate, we’ll schedule one. Most issues can be handled via telemedicine. But if it’s best that you come in to be treated in person, we’ll schedule that, too.

Thank you. Stay safe and stay healthy. We’re all in this together.

When your lifestyle is impacted by pain, injury, or serious illness, we focus on helping you regain control to resume your daily activities.

Pain and Rehab Medicine integrates the best medical approaches to address each patient's unique concerns.  We don't just treat your pain.  We go further, with a focus on finding and eliminating the cause.

We provide diagnosis and treatment for many pain and functional problems, ranging from musculoskeletal and neurological disorders to back pain and arthritis.

Our pain and rehab specialists manage care as part of an interdisciplinary team. You'll find a wide range of treatments, including minimally invasive procedures, ultrasound guided injections, inpatient rehab, outpatient care, medication management, acupuncture and other conservative non-surgical approaches.

Remember, pain is the body's way of telling you something is wrong, and it should never be ignored. Chronic pain can cause long-term complications if left untreated.  Our pain and rehab specialists focus on pinpointing and treating the physical source of your acute, sub-acute or chronic pain. We work to identify underlying issues that, if left untreated, may be interfering with your ability to find relief.
