Dr. Kevin Polglaze has joined BayCare Clinic Emergency Physicians.
He earned his medical degree at Midwestern University – Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois. Polglaze completed a residency in emergency medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Polglaze joined the BayCare Clinic Emergency Physicians staff on April 13. He is practicing in Oshkosh, Green Bay and Two Rivers.
