DeJardin will offer bariatric surgery consults, follow-up care, and office visits.
She received her post-master’s certificate as an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
She will practice at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, 2845 Greenbrier Road, and at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh, 855 N. Westhaven Drive.
