Caitlin Romenesko, a medical aesthetician with Plastic Surgery & Skin Specialists by BayCare Clinic, was interviewed on Wisconsin Public Radio for a segment on the role of tattoos in helping people heal.

Romenesko offers medical tattooing services such as scar camouflaging and areola and nipple restoration for breast reconstruction patients designed to help them along their personal healing journey.

“Some of them feel like they’ve lost a part of who they are as a woman,” Romenesko says of her patients. “I’m able to kind of come in and give them a little bit of that back.”
