Dr. Ashwani Bhatia, chief medical officer with BayCare Clinic, was interviewed via Skype on Tuesday by WLUK Fox 11’s “Good Day Wisconsin” morning news show.
Bhatia urged people to remain diligent in their efforts to protect against COVID-19 infection. Bhatia’s advice comes as local COVID-19 numbers continue to rise.
“I think people have some COVID fatigue. They want to get back to normalcy and I think they have become less careful and that has translated to increased COVID cases,” Bhatia says. “This is a very important time for us.”
