WHO: Dr. Gerald Eckardt, a cerebrovascular neurosurgeon with BayCare Clinic, was recently reunited with a former patient after almost 10 years. WBAY Channel 2 News was there for the emotional reunion.


WHAT: The patient credits Eckardt with saving his life. The patient’s mother orchestrated the reunion soon after realizing she now works just down the hall from Eckardt.
