Nick Grimm, a physician assistant with Plastic Surgery & Skin Specialists by BayCare Clinic, was interviewed via Skype for a live WLUK Fox 11 News segment about managing psoriasis amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The segment also discussed COVID toe, a skin condition increasingly seen in some COVID patients.

“We have ways of treating people. We’re doing televisits and things like that,” Grimm says. “Psoriasis is one of those inflammatory conditions that really needs to be addressed because we need to think of it as a systemic disease and not just something that affects the skin.”
