BayCare Clinic donates $1,000 to Gifts for Teens

Tue, Dec 12, 2017

BayCare Clinic on Tuesday spread a little holiday cheer when it donated $1,000 to NBC 26’s Gifts for Teens program.

The program, a partnership of NBC 26 News and the Green Bay Metro Fire Department, aims to fulfill the holiday wishes of underprivileged teens across northeastern Wisconsin. Their wishes often are different than those of younger children.

Gifts were being received Tuesday at the Shopko store at Bay Park Square in Ashwaubenon. The program started on Black Friday and ends today at 8 p.m.

All donations will be delivered to The Salvation Army to benefit area teenagers in need.
