Aurora BayCare General & Vascular Surgery adds 3 surgeons

GREEN BAY – Three surgeons – Dr. Steven Vang and Dr. Jeanette H. Man, both vascular and endovascular surgeons, and Dr. Rebecca J. Johnson, a general surgeon – are joining Aurora BayCare General & Vascular Surgery.


All three will practice at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay.


Vang started practicing on Monday, August 1. He graduated from the A.T. Still University Osteopathic Medical School in Mesa, AZ. Vang completed a general surgery residency at SCS/MSUCOM/St. John Providence Health System and St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Michigan. He completed fellowship training in vascular surgery at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine. Vang is a board candidate for the American Board of Surgery (vascular surgery) and the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (surgery).


Man will begin practicing on Thursday, September 1. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Man completed a vascular surgery residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She is a board candidate for the American Board of Surgery.


Johnson will begin practicing on Monday, September 12. She earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford. Johnson completed a general surgery residency at Physicians Medical Center Carraway in Birmingham, Alabama, and Greenville Hospital System in Greenville, South Carolina. She is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. Johnson comes to Green Bay after nine years at Aurora Medical Center Manitowoc County in Two Rivers, where she served terms as chief of surgery and trauma medical director.
