How does CO2RE Intima work?

The CO2RE Intima procedure treats the changes and symptoms women may experience related to vaginal health and wellness. The laser device delivers controlled carbon dioxide energy to the vaginal or vulvar tissue. As a result, cells make more collagen, which forms new tissue in the vaginal area and may also improve skin tone, texture and appearance.

 

How long does CO2RE Intima take?

The in-office procedure we’ve adopted requires no anesthesia and generally takes about 15 minutes.

 

Do I need multiple treatments, and when will I see results?

Most patients require two to three treatments approximately one month apart. Many see results after the first procedure.

 

How long does CO2RE Intima last?

Once you’ve completed your initial series of treatments, most patients will return annually for scheduled maintenance.

 

What are the post-procedure restrictions?

You can return to normal everyday activities immediately following the procedure but should refrain from sexual activity for at least seven days.
