COVID-19 Alert

We have resumed normal operations. We want you to know you’re safe when you visit our clinic. That’s our primary concern. We’re limiting exposure and working to prevent the possible spread of the coronavirus.

Whether you’re coming to our clinic for an eye exam or an optical appointment, here are some important things to know:

  • You MUST wear an appropriate cloth or surgical face mask during your visit. Please bring an appropriate covering with you to your appointment. No scarves, bandanas or neck gaiters.
  • Visitor access to the building remains limited. When necessary, you may have a single support person with you during the course of your visit.
  • We’re practicing social distancing.
  • We’re offering curbside check-in.
  • Public waiting rooms have been eliminated. You should expect to move directly from the comfort and safety of your vehicle to the location of your appointment.
  • Patients see only their care team during a visit.
  • Exam rooms are sanitized before and after each visit. That extensive cleaning extends throughout the clinic.

We continue to monitor information from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization and the American Academy of Ophthalmology for up-to-the-minute guidance on best practices in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please call 877-462-9465 to request an appointment for an eye exam or 920-327-7000 to request an appointment for optical or contact lens services.
