Dr. Jordyn C. King sees her role as an optometrist as “the main entry into the eye care health system.”
“The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that I’m able to make a positive impact in my patients’ lives,” she says. “Going home every day knowing that I bettered the quality of that patient’s life means the world to me.”
Dr. King, who grew up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, enjoys many outdoor activities, including camping, hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, and hunting. She also enjoys going out to spend time with friends and family – “I just love being in the presence of others,” she says – and staying in to watch movies and television. She’s also a Green Bay Packers fan – “Go, Pack, go!” she says.
