Dr. Brandon E. Newell has always enjoyed solving problems. As an oral surgeon, he starts by listening to the patient for clues.

“I want them to feel comfortable sharing their concerns, knowing that together we can develop the best surgical plan,” he says.

Dr. Newell has always enjoyed science, too. Maxillofacial surgery, he says, “has allowed me to explore health sciences and work with my hands in head and neck reconstruction.”

Northeastern Wisconsin feels like home for Dr. Newell, who grew up in a small town in northwestern Iowa. “Northeastern Wisconsin is really similar to the area I grew up in, with lots of outdoor recreational activities and great Midwestern people in the community.”

When not at the office, Dr. Newell enjoys golf, snow and water skiing, fishing, reading and simply hanging out with his children.
