What is an Abdominoplasty?
Thursday, April 10, 2014
An abdominoplasty, or a “tummy tuck” as some may call it, is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin from the abdomen. Weight loss, pregnancies, and even simply aging can have adverse affects on the abdominal wall. BayCare Clinic Plastic Surgery performs abdominoplasties on patients in their 20s, all the way up to 70 years old.
The effective abdominoplasty is an out-patient procedure. Patients will be resting in their home the same day. Dr. James Zasuly and Dr. Steven C. Schmidt both perform abdominoplasties and welcome patients to set up a free consultation. Request an appointment online or call 920-288-8240.
