Register by Monday, April 20, to ensure that you receive a short-sleeved tri-blend shirt in your desired size. For those registering after that date, we will try to fulfill tri-blend shirt and size requests but cannot guarantee them.

The 2020 BayCare Clinic Bayshore to Lakeshore commemorative biking jersey (shown below) is an additional $70 when bundled with your registration. Deadline for the registration-and-jersey bundle is Tuesday, March 31.

All proceeds benefit the BayCare Clinic Foundation, which supports causes and organizations aligned with BayCare Clinic’s mission of providing improved health and livelihood to the people of northeastern Wisconsin.

Please note the following

Ride updates: As a registered rider, you will receive email updates as the ride draws near. You may opt out of email updates if desired. If so, we ask that you periodically check our website – baycarecentury.bike – for updates.

Refunds: There are no refunds on entry fees, even if the ride is canceled. Registration is for 2020 only. Those who register but don’t ride cannot carry over their registration from one year to another.

Changes: Riders on the 100- or 60-mile routes may switch to a longer or shorter route by informing ride staff at the packet pickup. Riders on the 15- and 30-mile routes cannot switch routes.

You can transfer your registration to someone else. Ride staff must be notified by email by Friday, May 29, to update the event’s database. After that, the new rider must pick up the packet, use the existing materials and ride the selected route. Any financial considerations for transfers are between the riders.

Cancellation: The ride takes place rain or shine. It will be canceled only if extreme weather or an unexpected public safety incident poses a threat to riders’ safety. Decisions on cancellation will be made by BayCare Clinic staff after consulting with public safety officials.
