It's one of the most popular cycling events in northeastern Wisconsin, with more than 600 registered riders in 2022.
We hope you’ll join us in 2023 for another wonderful day of riding and camaraderie.
The BayCare Clinic Century Bayshore to Lakeshore offers 100-, 60-, 30- and 15-mile options. No matter your age or skill level, we’ll have an adventure tailored for you to enjoy.
Century riders will bike from the waters of Green Bay to Lake Michigan and back, going Bayshore to Lakeshore.
Our signature event starts and finishes at BayCare Clinic headquarters, 1035 Kepler Drive, on Green Bay’s east side.

The BayCare Clinic Century Bayshore to Lakeshore tour is sponsored by the BayCare Clinic Foundation.
It is part of the BayCare Clinic Bikes fitness and wellness initiative. BayCare Clinic Bikes promotes bicycling as a healthy, family-friendly activity. Efforts are aimed toward increasing bicycling and advocating for bicycling safety throughout northeastern Wisconsin.
All proceeds from the event go to the BayCare Clinic Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which supports causes and organizations that promote improved health and livelihood in northeastern Wisconsin.
Proceeds from the 2022 BayCare Clinic Century Bayshore to Lakeshore ride helped support the following: BRAs of the Bay / Ribbon of Hope, Family & Childcare Resources of NEW, Foundations Health and Wholeness Mental Health Clinic, Hand-n-Hand of Northeastern Wisconsin, Freedom House, Oral Health Partnership, Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin Summer Camp for Burn Injured Youth, Syble Hopp School and numerous scholarships.
