BayCare Clinic Cardiology includes six Board certified cardiologists whose primary interest is the prevention and early management of all aspects of cardiac and peripheral vascular disease including complex coronary intervention, acute coronary syndrome, valve disease and coronary artery disease. We offer a full range of non-invasive and interventional expertise including:
• Nuclear imaging • Stress testing • Echocardiography • Traditional diagnostic catheterization • Angioplasty inflation device • Stent placement • Electrophysiological consultation • Diagnostic studies • Device placement
We were recently the first to introduce coronary ct angiography, which is a totally non-invasive technique for studying your coronary arteries without a catheterization.
Lifestyle assessment and risk factor management form the foundation of our practice. Congestive heart failure is an area of special interest for members of our group, as well as the management of cholesterol abnormalities and hypertension, which are critical to the success of any treatments and medications for heart disease.
Our goal is our patient’s speedy recovery from any heart surgery. In addition, we offer a unique, seamless relationship with BayCare Clinic Cardiothoracic Surgery and BayCare Clinic Pulmonary Medicine -- often an integral part of a full diagnostic and treatment program.
