Welcome to BayCare Clinic’s Provider Referral page. This area allows providers to seamlessly send referral or consultation requests to the BayCare Clinic departments and specialists of your choice. The site is secure, allowing you to add medical information about a specific patient, or send images (such as x-rays) with confidence.
Once you have registered the first time, your next visits will only require using the username and password you have chosen. You also have the opportunity to update your office profile each time you are on the site.
