Teresa Gonzaga, MD, a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, has joined Plastic Surgery & Skin Specialists by BayCare Clinic in Green Bay.
Steven C. Schmidt, MD, is winding down his practice and will be retiring on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. His last day of seeing patients will be Friday, December 22, 2023.
Dr. Schmidt joined BayCare Clinic in 2004.
In addition to his practice and his many years of service as managing partner of Plastic Surgery & Skin Specialists by BayCare Clinic, Dr. Schmidt has long been a key member of BayCare Clinic’s leadership. He has served on the Operations Committee since 2013. He also served on the IS/IT Governance Committee from 2009 to 2012 and the BayCare Clinic/BayCare Health Systems Board of Managers from 2010 to 2018.
We are grateful for his commitment and dedicated service to BayCare Clinic and its patients. We wish Dr. Schmidt all the best going forward.
Dr. Gonzaga earned her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois. She completed residencies in plastic and reconstructive surgery, and general surgery at the University of Minnesota Medical Center.
She is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Gonzaga will begin seeing patients December 11 at Plastic Surgery & Skin Specialists by BayCare Clinic in Green Bay.
